Just about perfect. I love the texture it has, really makes it feel elevated and earthy. Whole thing has a very solid feel, all metal, and the shade is actually attached unlike some similar lamps I’ve seen where it just balances. Takes a standard A19 lightbulb and has a really great black fabric cord with an inline switch. My one nitpick is that the bracket that attaches the shade seems to have been made backwards and so doesn’t sit totally flush with the base, making the shade ever so slightly tilted.. John.
