I purchased the Kallie set in Nomad Eggshell Chenille. When I was looking for a sofa, I wanted something that would be good for lounging, either a chaise sectional or sofa + ottoman, and something that would fit in my small space and this definitely hits the mark. I decided on this set over others because it was less expensive than the other sets I was considering (I waited for the sale price). While I do think it's a good value, it's not top-tier quality. For example, the legs are plastic rather than wood or metal. I also sort of wish I had chosen a different fabric as it's more cream/yellow than I anticipated from the small swatch. This couch seems to be very good quality, well made, and very heavy. The quality is good but the seat is a little high and deep, so my 5' 3" feet barely reach the floor. The reclining features work well but the couch is ultra firm so is not the most comfy couch I've ever had. I'm satisfied with it overall but likely would have chosen something else if I'd had an opportunity to sit in it first. The delivery experience was excellent. I was able to schedule delivery at my convenience. It arrived on schedule, assembled by the delivery team, and all boxes and waste were hauled away. The couch looks exactly as pictured.. Debbie. The leather is very soft and supple and well conditioned. The seat cushions are quite wide however the back cushions are comparatively shallow relative to many sofas.
