These received a good review on a TV cooking show and now I know why. These are the best kitchen shears I've ever used. They cut everything (meat, dried fruit, herbs and even pesky plastic packaging) easily, and are just as easy to take apart and wash in the top of my dishwasher. The price is a steal for the quality.
