Nice basic chair Nice, basic chair. Wasn't aware I had to assembly, but was able to do so with the non-instructions that were included. The picture was accurate & I was happy the wood matches my antique table perfectly. Thank you. |

Great chairs! These chairs are a great replacement for the old chairs we had in our kitchen. The price was right and they look great. They are pretty comfortable, but a little tall for my table. They get a little wobbly here or there but a quick tightening and they are all better! |

Your basic chair I like these (2) chairs but must admit that they are not the most comfortable chairs I own. I use them for office desk chairs in my home office. I would not recommend them for long dinner partys where you might be in them for extended periods. |

nice chairs Nice chair for the price.I got these chairs for my new dining table, didn't expect it to be so large and looks bulky. They are comfortable to sit on but took a long time to put together for the 4 chairs because with poor instruction. I don't expect a long life use of this product, hopefully will last a few years. |

Fantastic chairs for a fraction of the price! I bought two sets of these chairs, they were "returned" so they were a great price. Much cheaper than I could find locally or from other online retailers. The seat cushions have great support, and are comfortable. The backs are a little less padded, but still nice. The leg color is a dark reddish brown. There were a few minor defects in the finish (slight lump under one of the side pieces of vinyl), but nothing to be concerned about. The vinyl looks great, I think it should hold up pretty well. They look absolutely gorgeous around my kitchen table. I'm thrilled with them! I read the other reviews, about having difficulty with the assembly. The tip about the screws being mislabeled saved me a headache. I just sorted them out by size and looked at the picture instead of the letters. I didn't have a problem, once I figured out the best place to assemble them was on the floor. The first chair I put the seat and front legs together first, and then attached the back piece while the seat was on my kitchen table. That's the hard way, it makes it more difficult to line up the holes. If you have the chair upside down you have to have the angle of the back perfectly to make the holes line up. Huge pain in the you-know-what! Instead, start with the back of the chair on the floor, holes facing up. Seat the dowel into the back of the seat, before you grab any screws. Put the appropriate screws through the two holes on the back of the seat, and just get them slightly attached to the back. That way you can wiggle the seat a bit if the screw threads try to bind, or if you're not lined up properly. Don't worry about lining up the dowel, it lines up on it's own. Do the 4 back leg screws next. Get the 6 screws hand snug, then put on the front legs. Stand it up on a hard surface (not carpet), to make sure that the legs are even, then you can tighten the screws all the way. Alternate which screws you're tightening, so the back goes on evenly. Also, make sure that all the "feet" on the chairs are tight, they're adjustable, and that could throw off your efforts at leveling the legs. This was the easiest way for me to do it, and I didn't need any extra hands to help me. |

Very Nice Chairs Just got 4 of these chairs and they arrived in 2 days in very good condition. The color is a very dark brown but I can live with it. They are well made, comfortable and quite attractive in my dining area. If it weren't for the incorrect directions I would have given these chairs 5 stars. The problem I had was the directions in the first box of 2 chairs were wrong with respect to the screw packet labeling. The second box had different assembly instructions and the labeling was correct. It takes a while to put them together...just don't tighten any screws until they're all at least started. For the price, they are an excellent purchase. |

Misleading item description The website was leather and some buyers even thought so. Then we ordered and opened the package and realized the label indicated Vinyl material. Called in and confirmed it is the Vinyl, NOT leather. Due to the Holiday season and avoid the trouble ( I had already assembled a couple of chairs, repacking in the already broken box will also a pain. ) Accepted the settled discounted price, but still pretty higher than those from some of local store It was a horrible experience especially during the remodeling time and a Holiday season. |
