Everything went well with the order. They look great I ordered 2. They took a lot of adjusting to make the legs even.

The chairs were nice looking but not of the best quality. I was a little disappointed in the materials and the assembly was kind of a pain. But overall they are decent chairs.

I ordered 4 chairs, which came 2 in a box. The packaging, inside & out, was outstanding! I ordered on a Friday and received my order on Wednesday. That's what I call fast processing and shipping! The chairs had to be assembled and after the first one, the other three were easy. I lined up the screws & attached washers, which made the assembly flow. Be CAREFUL when you are pulling back the under-seat covering. It is a black, paper-like cover with Velcro attachment. The part I ripped I just taped on the inside cover so it won't show if you look underneath the seat. It is important that the correct front leg (listed A & B) goes on the correct side otherwise the screws won't go in. The back legs come attached to back. The first one I assembled wobbled, so I had to loosen one of the front legs that caused the unleveling to readjust to stop the wobble. Learning from that experience, I hand tighten the screws on each chair, sat on level floor to balance, and then tighten with the supplied Allen wrench. Oh yea! While inserting the screws the velcro irritated the heck out of my arm...wear long sleeve cause you can't avoid the velcro attached to the seat to put in the screws, at least I couldn't. The fabric is a beautiful, soft gray and goes well with my contemporary decor. I plan on ordering the barstools.
