The heater is great. The only problem is the tile at the edges of the mat are lifted so the floor is slightly uneven.

We are delighted with this product. We researched radiant flooring carefully and found this to be the best product for the base price.

Installing the mat was straight forward, warmly yours provided an installation dvd with the thermostat, it's about 5 minutes long. Be sure to inspect the entire length of the cold lead, I had found where mine was slightly damged but did not compromise the functionality. I used a hot glue gun to secure the mat then I did a one step install described in the installation manual, thin setting the mat and putting tile down immediately. I ended up running the trowel in the direction with the wire. Ohm checked out before, during and after install.
