I love this dispenser

I really like this soap dispenser. Thinking about replacing all of my old fashioned pump dispenser with this.
sluggish and not reliably responsive

I was excited about this product because I wanted to have a good soap dispenser for the kitchen. I really dislike putting dirty hands on a pump, especially after cutting poultry. This product is a disappointment, unfortunately. It reliably senses my hand about 50% of the time and is quite slow to dispense when it does. I even changed the batteries, but the results were the same. I'd skip this one.

Looks great on sinktop that I just refinished in a brown granite paint. Great not to have to use hands. Dispenses automatically.

Sleek in design and very nice. Definitely better than having that horrible plastic soap bottle on the counter. Why go through and expensive extensive bathroom remodel just to have a piece of plastic setting on the counter?

So far this dispenser works very well. It is very timely with dispensing when you put your hand in front of the sensor and the amount of soap is just right in my opinion. We haven't been using it very long so I don't know how long the batteries will last. It looks very nice with our stainless steel faucet.

Twenty-five years later, Umbra's award-winning design team - 22 men and women from all over the world and notable outside product designers, all under Paul Rowan's direction - remains the heart and soul of the company. Its offices worldwide now house more than 450 people.
