This is an attractive and ample size waste can. I have decided to use it as a laundry hamper for it's classy look and it's ability to conceal the dirty clothes until I decide to wash clothes. Looks good in a kitchen or bedroom depending on the intended purpose based on personal preference.

I received this trash can a couple days ago. I just fell in love with the easiness of the trash can and the trash bag holder. I would recommend this to anyone who interested in buying this. Really looks good in my kitchen!!! I bought the silver with nickel foot step. Love it!!!!!

The U+ Studio Collection, which offers a range of sophisticated aesthetics from raw to sleek, can be found exclusively at contemporary design retail specialists.
Umbra began in 1979, when boyhood friends, Paul Rowan and Les Mandelbaum joined forces to create exciting, everyday products that alter the overall aesthetic of a home, beginning with a printed window shade unlike anything then in the market ("umbra" means shade in latin).
Twenty-five years later, Umbra's award-winning design team - 22 men and women from all over the world and notable outside product designers, all under Paul Rowan's direction - remains the heart and soul of the company. Its offices worldwide now house more than 450 people.
