Great customer service, terrible shipping...
Tyler from Memphis, TN
I have yet to be able to enjoy this bed frame as everytime I get the shipment in there are multiple boards that have had a fair amount of cosmetic damage. The first shipment all but two of the boards had extensive damage such as crushed edges, and large chips out of the laminate. I called to report the damage and the customer service was excellent and quick to send me a new order. I just received the second order and the bottom of the headboard section has another large (about 3 inches wide) chip out of the laminate on the surface. The customer service was great when I called again and they took care of the situtation, but I am just fed up at this point. I was excited to get 2 day shipping when this started, but it will take almost 3 weeks to get the bed frame I wanted.

looks good, very comfortable, love the look. Putting it together requires patience and attention to detail and needs two people to complete. The quality could have been better, got some nicks even though it wad well packaged
Manual is bad

It is going well so far. The manual is bad and so it made it hard to put the bed together. I had to figure out how to assemble the bed. Once it was together it looked fine, but I am very unhappy with the manual.

Love the bed. Just one note when putting it together. You need 2 people for one part to be installed. I tried myself and it just doesn't work. After its complete u will love it!

This was my very 1st furniture purchase on line. It took me almost 4 months to decide to go for it. [...]. I was amazed! The bed is exactly as pictured and more sturdy and clean lined than most other beds in even high end stores. I am so impressed and please. I now plan on looking for one for our guest bedroom.

Bed is very sturdy especially for extracurricular activities. Takes a while to assemble if done right (about 2-3hours). Definitely need two people to put it together but can be done with one if you are creative :)
