Lots of assembly

This bed requires more assembly than I had anticipated. Once it was together it was a perfect match for my daughter. A couple of pieces were a little marred, but on areas not seen when assembled.

I purchased this bed for my college-age son's room - he put it together and it looks great! Very happy with the quality for such a good price. Have been pleased with all of my Wayfair.com purchases to date - thank you.

The color and quality of the wood was very nice. The wood grain was very distinct and the color was more of a very very dark brown than black, which is what I preferred. The bed was very difficult to put together alone, and the platform on which to put the mattress is not very sturdy. A firm and thin mattress would work the best with this bed.

I LOVE this bed frame! I've had it for 3 months now and I cannot rave enough about how lovely it is! The frame is sturdy and the headboard is just as durable. It was a bit of a task to put together since the axonometric diagrams required some figuring out in terms of orientation, but other than that, it was fairly straight forward. I would highly recommend using a long-neck screw driver when assembling this to get better leverage since the pieces fit rather snug.

This is an absolute beautiful bed. For the price the quality is excellent. We did hire a handyman to put it together and it was quite the project. If I remember right he had to finish it the next day. He said something about not having a special tool he needed in order to twist something to make the bed tighter. It did have a little ding in one of the side boards, but we were able to just cover it up with a sharpie. It really is a beautiful bed. And you just can't beat the price.
Good product for a good price

Product was delivered on time. It was easy to put together, doesn't take a lot of space even from the small room like mine, as long as u don't jump on your bed it will serve you well.

The legs arent metal, like it sounded or what it looks like it would be in the picture. When completed,The middle center pieces(legs) of wood should be metal for better support when sitting on the floor. Missing hardware,Instructions with no explanation was kind of hard because some of the visuals didnt mend together correctly.Recommends 2 people for assembly.Came with 3 15 inch or so metal pieces with holes No clue what they do or what they are for because instructions doesnt say anything about it on what it does or where it connects to. The slats that came with my order werent even long enough to fit the whole bed. Possibly it was missing 2 or 3 slats or something. It gave me the feeling that the bed would physically fall through one day. But I recommend the actual legs be metal for better support and be painted silver to give the consumer the thought the legs are metal because it isnt
