Product Details
Bruno Rainaldi lives and works in Milan and he's been working in design and furniture for over twenty years. He started with Maddalena de Padova in the distribution department and later became partner with Enrico Baleri for ''Baleri&Associati'' , a communication and commercial strategies firm which operates in the contemporary design field. In 2006 he worked on a new design concept for head boards for beds and became art director of ''decide'' (gruppo sintesi). During the same year he designed ''mode'', a collection of containers for Baleri Italia and ''Max8'', a pulley operated storage system for ''Ciatti a tavola''. During the same time he started working with Marta Giardini on ''4feet'' , a carpet line for ''Mussy Italy'' and designed ''Ptolomeo and his family'' for CCR , a series of rotating bookshelves , as an evolution of he ''Ptolomeo'' concept. In 2007 he presented ''Affittacamere'' , a four room design installation at ''entratalibera'', in cooperation with Maurizio Galante, CCR, Mussi Italy, Terzani and BBB Emmebonaccina. Recalling the natural beauty of a flower, Orten'Zia hand-soldered ''petals'' emanate a unique glow, immersing the entire room in a glimmering light. An organic radiance is created through light and shadow, planting a garden within the room. Available in either nickel or 24k gold plated, the Orten'Zia's elegant form complements its dramatic light.
