The wider, longer, square-edged planks of Studio install quickly and complement a variety of décor styles from traditional to contemporary. A hidden benefit: the recommended underlayment is also an acoustical sound barrier, making Studio ideal for high-rise condominiums or offices as well as residential installations. The 7 coat German finish includes a wear layer of abrasion-resistant aluminum oxide plus two scratch-resistant, polyurethane topcoats that protect the bamboo fiber's natural strength and beauty. Finish is water-based and solvent-free, and the manufacturing adhesives emit less formaldehyde than is present in ambient air.

Love It!

It's beautiful and it's really strong. It is a light wood and will change slightly with age. We have had it in our house for 5 years --- yes, this exact product -- and it still looks new. I will say that we don't wear shoes in our house -- and one of the hotels in the area has bamboo (not sure it's Teragren) and the only negative they told me (they have had it for at least 7 years) was women's high stiletto heels ... they can leave slight dents. Not a problem for my family.
