I ordered the light grey couch and just got it today; so far it’s great! The fabric is soft and the perfect color for my space. the cushions are firm but comfortable enough to want to lounge on it. Overall happy with the couch. Very deep. I don't think it will end up looking frumpy, so points for that. The reason I went down to 4 stars is the specs didn't state that it had down filling, but the cushions have some down, which means you occasionally have feathers poking out.
