The bed came in two boxes which arrived about a week apart. That caused some confusion. The headboard felt wobbly until we figured out that we needed to add a boxspring onto the platform. When we had it all together, it turned out as a nice compact bed.

Everything was as advertised. High quality product. Shipping took about 1 month but this was estimated at time of purchase. Easy assembly for my husband and myself.

Great leather bed with no odor at all (unlike "fake" leather). Very nice looking. The headboard is not super sturdy, but this is expected for this type of structure (head heavy with bolt connection to bed frame at the bottom only). By positioning the headboard against a wall, it is steady enough. Pretty easy to set up; I did every step by myself except the last step when I need someone to hold the headboard straight. However, the instruction needs improvement. The description of bolts / washers in the instruction is totally confusing. Mine is a King size bed, but the enclosed instruction is obviously for a Queen or Full, so the numbers of center bars / bolts in the instruction don't match with the actual items. Good thing is all the hardware needed are in the package, and once you start putting them together, it becomes clear. Overall, I highly recommend this bed.

Great product for the price! Well made, easy to assemble, sturdy. I thought the headboard would be a little thicker but I still love it!

Structural and leather quality were quite good. Easy to assemble in 1-2 hrs. Looks great. One rail received bent from shipping, but able to hammer straight.

HI, The bed is nice. However, the holes did not match up when screwing in the screws. We needed to make new holes in the frame to attach the screws properly. Debbie

This is a beautiful bed. Really, there is nothing like having genuine tufted leather not only for the headboard, but all around the bed. Make sure to allow for plenty of space to assemble, and get a strong friend to assist. The parts were all there, but you have to be alert that they are not all listed as they should: For example, the 1/4" screw and the 1/2" screws were not clearly differentiated. Also, some were brown, others metallic. (It becomes obvious which goes where, but really the instructions need to be clearer.)Another thing, the diagram showed just one support brace, but in actuality there are three. That's a good thing, but you have to be careful. Also, it was confusing figuring out which was the front and the sides of the bed. We actually took one side off at one point, but put it back when we realized that it was ok. It took us about 3 hours to assemble. A nice surprise is that the headboard height is fully adjustable, so if you don't like the height, just unscrew a couple of screws (have someone on the other side do the same) and lower/raise. It's that simple. (I got the King, it may not be such an issue with the queen/twin.) Anyway, overall, it came out beautifully, and I like the extra reinforcing brackets on the foot. (Not a true foot, just the front of the bed, which is great for me.)
