If you are looking for a waterproof mattress cover, this is the one! We love it SO much we bought two! We bought a brand new Serta bed and a different waterproof mattress cover with fabric on top and plastic on the bottom, it was awful!! The plastic makes you sweat and there's no "give" when you lay down. With the Serta cover, you don't even know anything's there but the mattress. The Serta mattress cover is perfect, it's easy to clean and NO plastic!!

Service and delivery comments:

The first one we ordered took quite a while to get, they may make the covers when they are ordered, I'm not sure, I know they (Serta) make the mattresses when you order them. The second one we ordered came a lot faster.
