I bought this bike mainly because I liked the color and wanted something to cruise around on. For the price I think it's pretty good quality! It comes almost assembled and the rest can be somewhat tricky to put together but I'm a girl who knows nothing about bikes and I was able to put it together with no instructions (they are of little use) by simply looking at another Schwinn bike to see what went where. I wanted a decent bike for casual use and that's why I looked at Schwinns. Have only gone on one ride so far but I'm satisfied with my purchase!
Not sure what i think

I was so excited to get this bike and it came fast. Luckily my amazingly intelligent and handy father assembled it for me. Thinking it was a mountain bike, I took it for a few spins out on the trails. I was caught up in the moment and neglected to come to terms with how difficult it was through the trails. Not to mention, I'd bring it back each time for my father to fix, whether it was handles slipping off, causing gears to slip off track, flat tires, and brakes needing re-tightening. He kept saying how poor quality the bike is, and me never having a bike since age 10, just figured it wasn't an expensive bike or maybe he didn't assemble it well. But now to reaffirm his truths, I see the description on this bike has changed from a MOUNTAIN or BIKE PATH BIKE, to now a BMX bike???? UM? well now then I believe I was misled, and this clarifies why the bike sucks in the woods. Next time I take it out, I'll try doing some BMX type tricks and see if it's any better at that than it is at mountain biking.

The bike was easy to put together because it comes partly assembled. After I assembled the bike it did not need a tune up and was ready for a ride. On my second ride I took it out for a 15 mile ride and my only complaint was the seat. The seat is hard and small but that's expected and is an easy fix.

Easy to put to together, and came right on time. Only issue was that we had to take it in for a tune up, around $40 locally. Not too bad.
