Pine Cone Hill Pleated Linen Placemats in Natural (Set of 4)

These are lovely placemats, until you wash them. Pine Cone Hill does let you know that these will shrink. However, due to the design and the material (mitred corners and linen) the shrinking is uneven and the center shrinks less than surrounding material so it will not lie flat. Ironing helps, but does not solve the problems. Take a good look when you get them out of the package, that's the last time you'll see these look as pretty.
