I bought this frother even before I bought the coffee machine . We all love cappuccino and all the unique coffees but no one ever wanted to make the froth or clean the old time machines. This is a breeze to use and easy to clean as well. I use it more often now and when company comes because it is no bigger than a small percolator and stores easy ......and I know it will do what it's supposed to do all the time.
Happy with the Aeroccino Plus, so far

I decided to replace my 2 yr old Aeroccino that came with my Nespresso machine. It still works fine, but a small area on the bottom surface lost it's Polytetrafluoroethylene coating, so everytime I used it, that spot had scorched milk that was stuck on like glue. Impossible to keep clean! I finally resorted to dabbing my finger in the butter dish (really) and swabbing the worn area to help prevent the sticking (this helped some). I learned that a friend had the same worn spot on hers, and also noticed at a Wms Sonoma store that the Aeroccino they used for demos had the same worn spot on the bottom! Hmmm... design flaw obviously. Made me think that the newer, bigger Aeroccino Plus may have addressed this (heating element too close to the surface in that one spot?). After months of this, I finally bought the new one, hoping that the larger design corrects this problem. It has an added feature of just frothing cold milk which will be nice for iced latte's - but it's still cold where I live, so haven't tried that yet. So far, it works great. One other note: My original Aeroccino died within a few months of purchase. When I sent it in to Nespresso for a warranty replacement, I was told to always unplug it when not in use, as leaving it plugged in supplied power to it non-stop, and burned it out quickly. I have since done this and it's worked great. I'm wondering if the new model requires this, too. I couldn't find anything in the user's manual. Will have to call customer service sometime and ask.

I love myAeroccino frothier so much that I purchased another one for my daughters best friend for her wedding present because she absolutely loves a great cup of coffee. With the right froth. I use it when friends come over and show it off and have recommended to them. They love it when I make them one because they feel as though they just picked one up from the coffeehouse.

This frother is superb, went to Italy last year and fell in love with cappuccino, but needed a frother, this one is excellent, no fuss, no mess, takes all of maybe 20 seconds. I even used it for hot chocolate this past winter. The foam comes out thick and dense, and the cream warm and delicious.

Very easy to use! We have made hot cocoa several times already and it has worked perfectly. It doesn't take long to make, and the results are very consistent. Highly recommended!

This frothier is a keeper. I had a Kuerig frothier that is okay, but not as well-made. This one froths to perfection with the added bonus of either hot or cold froth.

We LOVE the foam this product creates. Perfect every time. It will spill over though if you fill even to line so I fill just below.

If there is a possibility of loving an appliance, this would be it for me - and my toaster :).
Not the best value

I bought this to replace a less expensive brand that had given up the ghost. I love that I can add milk and walk away, and the unit is both attractive and compact. I'm all about the end result though, and the Nespresso Aeroccino Plus doesn't produce particulary thick, foamy froth. When the cycle is finished the proportion of milk to froth is way too high. And what froth is produced I have to spoon out. Sorry, Nespresso, but it's back to my previous brand.
