Minka Aire 52" Concept II 3 Blade Ceiling Fan with Remote

This is supposed to be a one person easy to install fan. Well if you have everything in place as the fan manufacturer designed. Here is my real life experience. If your electrical box is not the smallest rectangle type, the pre-drilled holes on the metal plate become useless to secure it to the ceiling. My electrical box is 4 round type, so I have to drill 4 extra holes on the metal plate 316 each to secure the metal plate to the ceiling joist and stud. There should be more holes on the metal plate to accommodate different type of electrical boxes. Quiet and pretty. It is quiet on low setting, powerful on high setting, light is dimmable, has reverse fan setting for winter. Like it!

Most fans I searched were ugly unless you want to spend $500+ on them, but this fan is perfect! It looks great and is a quality unit. Almost silent but pushes a lot of air if you want it to. I'll definitely be replacing our other fans with this one as well.

Nice modern fan. We have a room with a low ceiling and this worked perect. Easy to install, great airflow. Quiet. Looks very nice in our transitional room. Price on wayfair was cheaper than the high end restoration hardware site. Remote control was easy to program. Couldnt be happier.

This is a very nice quality item. It arrived very quickly & is just as described. I am very happy with my transaction overall. I would buy this again. Moves a lot of air!

I saw these units and saw they were given high marks by consumer report.. I bought three unit. Two white and one brushed nickel. The company was good to deal with and shipping was easy. When I received the units called an electrician to install them. First he tried the brushed nickel one and parts where missing and he said the unit had been used and someone sent it back and they resent it to me. When I called wayfair they were great about it and refunded money right away. They also say the unit came right from the manufacturer so I don't blame them. Next was the white units. One went into the first childs and works great and she loves it. The next one went in and usually works, but we get times when it stops then have to wait to get it to work again

Just love this fan,looks GREAT,and it is so very quiet!! The light is PLENTY bright and love being able to dim at so many levels! Course the remote makes it nice to operate from bed! I tell everyone about it.Lastly I enjoyed shopping for it at Wayfair.com

This was by far the easiest fan I have ever installed - took less then 30 minutes including the removal of the old one. Looks great and moves lots of air. A little noisy on the highest setting which is from the air movement and not the fan itself.

This is the second one we've bought in the last few years. Install is a breeze and the fan looks great. Puts off enough light for an already bright room and the air flow is real nice. Remote is simple and we really enjoy the dimmer feature. It's really quiet if installed correctly, so invest in a heavy duty mounting bracket and you won't regret it.

For the money I spent, the fan should run silently. On low its fine but on medium or high theres a roar which makes comversation or even relaxation on the patio very unpleasant. Disappointing quality.

Got this one in white. Very clean and sharp. Easy to install, very quiet and modern appearance. Would recommend for medium to large room.
