Minka Aire 52" Concept II 3 Blade Ceiling Fan with Remote

This was by far the easiest fan I have ever installed - took less then 30 minutes including the removal of the old one. Looks great and moves lots of air. A little noisy on the highest setting which is from the air movement and not the fan itself.

This is the second one we've bought in the last few years. Install is a breeze and the fan looks great. Puts off enough light for an already bright room and the air flow is real nice. Remote is simple and we really enjoy the dimmer feature. It's really quiet if installed correctly, so invest in a heavy duty mounting bracket and you won't regret it.

For the money I spent, the fan should run silently. On low its fine but on medium or high theres a roar which makes comversation or even relaxation on the patio very unpleasant. Disappointing quality.

Got this one in white. Very clean and sharp. Easy to install, very quiet and modern appearance. Would recommend for medium to large room.

just installed, looks and works great. wish light could be a little bit brighter, but it's ok. also nice that it comes with a remote, which works well.

This fan is exactly what I was looking for. It hugs the ceiling nicely, moves a ton of air, and is very quiet. My 2 complaints are: (1) the light really is NOT that bright; if you have any color paint on the wall other than white, you may find that at nighttime this does not get enough light, and (2) there is a teeny gap between the fan and the ceiling no matter how much you mess with it, and it detracts a little from the clean look.

This fine is great. Looks fantastic and runs SO QUIET, we are loving it. One note, blades that come with are a little plasticky, but my understanding is that has to do with it being UL rated for dampish places, but seriously, once you attach them and step away, they look just fine. We are extremely happy with this purchase and the included remote is a nice addition. No chains hanging down is a classy looking touch....
