So far so good I just had it installed today. Does not come with remote or wall unit, that's ok though. Nice looking, nice size for a bedroom. Seems powerful yet quiet. 3 speeds. |

Quiet and easy I have a small top-floor bedroom that the sun beats down on all day, so needless to say, the room gets a little toasty by bedtime. I wanted to find a fan that was both smaller in size, and sleek in appearance. After visiting the big box retailers(Home Depot, Lowes), and even more expensive specialty shops, I came across All Modern online. Not only did they have a nice selection, but also in the medium-sized category that I was having such a hard time finding at traditional retailers. The contents were packed securely, the directions thorough, and the install was relatively easy. One important thing to check during installation, is whether or not you can go up into your attic and make sure you reinforce the fan with a securing bracket or brace. Luckily, I already had one in place for the previous light fixture. Then it was just a matter of following the directions, and putting it all together. You'll need a buddy to help with the install. The fan went up well, and looks and performs exceptionally. It is quiet, runs at 3 different speeds, and really cools down the room! It was perfect timing for me also, as the temperature jumped from 55 to 85 degrees in one week's time. I would highly recommend spending extra money and getting a good quality fan like this one. The construction is solid, and the look is clean and sleek. I'll be enjoying this fan for many years to come! |

Minka Fan Not a bad fan however the installation was a bit more difficult that your typical Hunter or Casablanca fan. Looks good and works fine. |
