Love the fabric looks good, price was right and like every one else saids it's a bit stiff.. But it does what it's suppose to do..it's a futon!! Great for overnight guest and for afternoon naps!

For a futon this is a great piece of furniture. The cushioning is more comfortable than a typical futon and the design is modern yet sturdy. Initially I was weary of ordering this couch sight unseen but when it arrived I was pleasantly surprised by its quality and ease of assembly. Not exactly a real couch but a nice functional good looking piece of furniture.

As a couch it is the perfect height to cushion our necks being on the higher side. The click-clack feature is awesome- easily opens and returns to couch form. We even enjoy the midway feature for all of us to lay back and stick an ottoman nearby for our feet. However, as a bed or spare bed it is awful. Even as a couch it can be too hard. It looks all cushiony and comfortable in the pictures,but it's not. The fold in the middle is just very uncomfortable. for some reason laying down on it doesn't feel right at all.

This click-clack lives in my den/guest room where it serves both as a sofa and occasional guest bed. As a sofa, it looks great, with its rich brown suede-like fabric and modern design, and is very comfortable. As a bed, it's comfortable for those who like a firm mattress (soft-mattress folks could easily use an egg-crate or pillow-top style mattress pad). This is a sturdy, elegant, comfortable alternative to either a clumsy, lumpy conventional sofa-bed or a regular futon (which always reminds me of dorm life). Much higher quality and better design than similar products at big-box retailers. My only complaint is that it advertised itself as environmentally friendly, but in fact it's made in China.

This was easy to assemble, and it folds up and down easily as well. I purchased it for my 6'3" father to sleep on for a few days, and he's been very happy with it (two people would fit, but it could be a bit tight, depending on their size). In terms of style, I would characterize it as similar to, but different than, a futon. And it's definitely not a traditional sleeper sofa (something I put in its favor). Having done extensive online research, and bought this sight unseen (other than the picture on the website), I am very satisfied with my purchase -- both in terms of comfort and price.
