The partnership between Dolce & Gabbana and Kartell, which began in 2004 with the presentation of Philippe Starck’s Mademoiselle chair “dressed” by fashion designers Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana, has produced the luxurious and impeccably stylish Dolce & Gabbana Mademoiselle Chair. The bold leopard-print silk upholstery of the chair reveals the strong Mediterranean stamp of the label’s origins, combining with a sleek transparent or black polycarbonate frame to create a dramatic and unmistakable piece. Kartell is renowned for their ability to combine technical innovation with cutting-edge aesthetics, and their collaboration with iconic designhouse Dolce & Gabbana allows for a design that at once seamlessly merges and holds individual the identities of the two.
