We use the Louis Ghost Chair as a pull-up seat placed slightly away from a main conversation area. It is a conversation piece itself--sculptural and transparent yet fully functional. Once guests get over their initial fear of sitting in it, they are surprised how comfortable it is.

The Louis is a great chair - I've got it in Crystal, and it's awesome how it jsut blends into the room... Like a ghost may! It is on the expensive side, but given the many purposes it can be used for (dining chairs, lawn chairs, in front of my bookcase, where he currently resides, etc.), I know it'll be with me for a long time to come!
