Good looking and functional

Looks great! I like the finish better than stainless steel. You need to make sure not to fill it too much, because the water will start to bubble out of the spout when it starts to boil. The kettle is reasonably quiet and quick. The body, however, does not stay cool. The handle and the glass plate are very sleek.
