Great couch I needed a couch that could be versatile in a livingroom with 2 small children running around. It is well made, withstands the kids playing on it. Any small spills are easily cleaned up with a wet cloth. It is great to lounge on, but is more comfortable when you have some throw pillows to support your low back. It is easy to adjust between the 2 sides and there are 3 levels that each side can be adjusted to which offers even more options for configuration of the piece of furniture. |

Just what I wanted Delivered as planned. Assembly was straight forward. Vinyl is soft and easily wiped down. Black matte color mixes well with my decor. Doesn't accumulate animal hair. I would buy this item again. It was exactly what I was looking for. |

great pet friendly modern piece I have been extremely pleased by the purchase of this sofa. I originally saw the split back sofa in a modern furniture store for $1100. I have surfed and surfed around the web for the best price and this is where I landed. You can't beat the price and the free shipping was quicker than I expected. The material is very much like leather (looks and feels great). The stiching is very clean lined and the frame is strong and easy to put together. This sofa is great for a home with pets. I have a very large dog and cat. Both of them are on and off of this sofa and the leather like vinel has yet to scratch. Plus, it wipes clean. I highly recommend this beautiful and affordable piece of modern furniture. |

Innovation Splitback Futon Sofa Review Was leary about web-ordering site-unseen. My fears are alleviated. This is a sturdy, all steel frame piece, with nicely detailled vinyl covering. The covering looks like a cover from the rear (nicely done zippered rear panels) but does not seem to come off, only there to access the hinges we assume. There is a small red tag on the left side (as you face it) rear. Vinyl is nice, matte black. Support is on the firm side. (I like) Frame goes together easilly with supplied allen wrenches/threaded socket connector thingys. Be sure to hold both connectors while threading/connecting the frame, lest one slip into the metal frame. (remedy - pop the plastic foot off, and shake/roll it out). WHen I called, staff could not tell me how the back was supported-it is hinged, with a 3 way racheting mechanism built into the hinges. Sturdy so far. Pro: Very pleased altogether. Con: Arrived too soon/prior to expectation with no phone call from the shippers (as was promised) |
