Greencorner market umbrellas are made of long lasting marine grade acrylic canvas. This solution-dyed fabric is primarily used in boat covers and awnings and has the following characteristics:
  • 100% Solution-Dyed Acrylic Yarns: Solution dying is the process of adding color to acrylic fibers while they are in a liquid state. It is the key to locking in vibrant color. The fiber is mildew and fade resistant.
  • Water Repellent: Greencorner fabric is treated with a fluorocarbon finish which enhances water repellency.
  • UV Protection: The fabric Greencorner uses have been tested and proven to provide up to 98% UV protection from the harmful effects of the sun, depending on the color of the canopy.
  • Unique Sewing Process: The canopy is sewn using five stitch machines for strength, durability and appearance. Greencorner uses NuBond polyester thread, which has superior strength and excellent resistance to mildew and wear tear.
