Love it! I've had this in my rustic/contemporary home for 5 years, my husband installed it with no problems, just a little extra time on getting it level. We've not had any problems with it; are still on the original bulbs. We love the George Kovacs line, it's an excellent value. |

We love it! This is a very elegant piece. On the down side, it took the electrician 2 hours to install it. It did seem very complicated. And it is quite difficult to make the horizontal bars parallel. Relies on getting the 2 vertical wires exactly the same length, and this caused the electrician some delays. Even now, I think it is not 100%. But we love it anyway, because it still looks great. |

they dont work! We bought this light about 4 years ago and have had to replace the transformer twice and now most of the lights dont work. Every time you turn it on...about half dont work. We have to jiggle it and some will come on and some will not. Its become a big joke in the family and we are now about ready to replace it. |

Transformer failed We had the same problem as another reviewer - in went kaput after less than a year. I absoutely loved it until then. This one was a replacement for an orginal order which was not working when it arrived.... should have taken that to be a sign. |

Nice lights! I have the light over the island in my kitchen, and in this respect it works flawlessly. Setting it up didn't take too long, but the instructions did not match reality when it came to resizing the length of the wires, so I had to come up with a creative solution, but in the end it all works great! My only issue is that when I turn on the lights I hear a high-pitched whine, like in a hearing test. Fortunately, no one else that has come over has heard it, but I have identified the light as the source since it comes and goes with the flick of a switch. It's only mildly annoying... |

Handsome Light, Difficult to Adjust The light is beautiful, but the height adjustments at set-up on the actual piece differ from what is shown in the instructions. Getting the light set at the right height took two experienced electricians more than an hour and some improvised wire-cutting. It appears a cheaper plastic piece was used in place of the metal plug that would have made the height adjustment work as intended. |

absolutely gorgeous! I searched the internet for a whole week looking for something that was stunning, but fit our budget as we were spending WAY more than we had planned on our new uber contemporary house. Nothing even compared to the value of this gorgeous piece! I was even more impressed upon opening the box...very heavy metal, beautiful brushed glass pieces. Better than what I saw for thousands of dollars. |

Arrived Damaged The item was a great price, as I purchased a "used/returned" item. It arrived with the box badly damaged and 4 of the six glass globes were broken. Since it was a used item, there was a no return policy. It cost me an additional fifty dollars from my local lighting store to purchase the replacement glass. Needless to say, it cost me the same as a new one and was a lot more hassle. |
