Eco Wise Fitness Deluxe Balance Pad in Marble Blue

This is a dense pad. It does not compress enough for serious balance/stability training, but older people with serious balance issues will still benefit. It is an excellent replacement for other things though. I use it as an ab-mat, under the shins for natural glute ham raise and back hyper extensions, stretching surface, and other things. It grips very well and cleans pretty easily too. Just don't get any dirt, sand, or grit on it, that will tear it up pretty quickly.

Does what it says: a jiggly piece of foam to stand on. Seems a little pricey for a simple hunk o'material, but ain't that modern life.
