ET2 Hagen 3 Light Pendant

After spending countless hours searching in actual store fronts and on-line for the right ultra modern look in a pendant light, I was elated to find this ET2 model. Obviously it is designed for application over a kitchen counterspace where you would want the option to dim it to your preferences - along with any other lighting in such a space.. Once I installed it, I found it is NOT DIMMABLE, which was pretty much a shocking discovery. In addition, the narrow, low intensity spot it projects onto the counterspace leaves any space outside about a 10-12 diameter dark! Thinking the light should accommodate retrofitting the LED diode assembly to a dimmable 12 volt source, I contacted ET2 to discuss the possibilities with a technical rep. After 6 attempts to get any support (3 times being hung up on after waiting 10 minutes, 2 times leaving a very professional message for the person they said I should speak with and never getting a call back, plus a final time asking to speak with a supervisor and onliy getting another voice mail that led to no call back), I gave up! Since I already tossed the original boxes, they cannot be returned. To date I have spent several hours trying to preserve the fixture by converting it to a 3rd party dimmable LED diode assembly, OR to a variety of 12 volt incadescent bulbs - however the height of the fixture does not permit such a retrofit for any I have found. NEVER AGAIN will ET2 get my business...
