"Hi Lara, this item comes with a zippered cover that can easily be removed for machine washing and drying. You should wash this cover on a cool setting and tumble dry on cool. Also for best results you will need to re-zip the cover closed before washing it. The bolster and the inner cushion need to be hand washed."

tough, but not very comfy This dog bed holds its shape well, and washes well, but the inner pillow -- the part that the dog actually sleeps on -- is so thin that my 50 lb. dog needs an extra cushion underneath the bed. The cushion that comes with this bed is only about 1" thick. |

Best Of Both Worlds!! This is the best dog bed I have ever encountered! I've been searching for a bed that would work outside but had the comfort of a couch for my dogs. It keeps them warm and cozy in the winter and it's cool and ventilated in summer. The materials are incredibly sturdy and durable. You won't find anything else as versatile. |
