Acclaimed Spanish industrial designer Josep Lluscà is renowned for creations that merge practicality and art in the public arena. Born in Barcelona in 1948, he established his own studio in 1972 and has worked on a variety of projects, including seating, lighting, applied electronics, toys and urban facilities. His works are displayed in collections around the world. <p> Josep Lluscà has an impressive resume containing active and respected memberships in areas such as vice-president from ADI-FAD, member of the 'Consejo de Diseño de la Generalitat de Catalunya', member of the 'Consejo Asesor de la Fundació BCD' from Barcelona, teacher at the school 'Eina' and member of the 'Consejo Rector de su Departamento de Diseño de Producto'.
