Arnold Merckx Netherlands (1941 - )
Arnold Merckx (1941) works for various cupboard and furniture manufacturers. He learned his profession in practice from his father and grandfather. Merckx studied at the Academy of Art in Rotterdam and trained under Artifort's Kho Liang Ie and Pierre Paulin. The Key chair was his first design for Artifort.
Stable and unfussy. Dignified in its simplicity. Window, a table that impresses through its confident, sober functionality, was designed by Arnold Merckx. With a sturdy frame made of coated steel. Tops are available in veneer, laminate or desktop. Window makes an ideal conference table.
