Acclaimed for his ironic interpretation of traditional forms, it is this sensibility that has projected Michael Graves to a star among designers. As can be seen in his many designs for Alessi he has clearly depicted a “new Americana." The 9096 Creamer and 9097 Sugar Bowl as designed by Michael Graves (1988) are wonderful examples of this, featuring many different finish/color options made from 18/10 stainless steel and polyamide. You can choose a mirror-polished finish with blue or white handles, or you may choose a pale gold color, achieved by a silicone resin coating, with white handles. They blend especially well with many coffee makers and cups also designed by Michael Graves for Alessi.
