Hot Bertaa Miniature Kettle by Phillippe Starck

With meticulous attention to the intricacies of the shape and materials used to make the original, Alessi has reproduced in miniature form the "Hot Bertaa" Kettle as designed by Philippe Starck. Crossing many design borders and boundaries, Philippe Starck best describes himself as "a Japanese architect, an American art director, a German industrial designer, a French artistic director, and an Italian furniture designer." It is through all of these inspirations that he builds each of his designs for functional, yet aesthetically effective, household products.


Alessi has unveiled a series of miniatures comprising a number of classics from the last sixty years of their production. This collection includes iconic designs such as the "Anna G." Corkscrew by Alessandro Mendini (1945) and the "9093" Signature 67oz Kettle with Bird Whistle by Michael Graves. This impressive series was created with avid collectors of Alessi products in mind to give them the chance to complete their private collections of authentic Alessi products.
