Guido Venturini Italy (1957 - )

Architect, designer, and explorer of the world of industrial design, Guido Venturini has become a recognizable figure in the world of design. His clever and accurate use of space management and internal architecture led him to the design of the famous Maddalena Loveburger project in Prato in cooperation with Stefano Giovannoni. His fresh, youthful ideas have played a large role in newer Alessi design concepts in the Family Follows Fiction series. Here, Venturini has created the Gino Zucchino Sugar Castor and it has become so popular it has turned into a kind of garden gnome.

The unique design of the Mangiauovo Egg Catcher/Egg Cup is sure to grab everyone's attention. A design from a concept by Genoese inventors Terrile and Marinelli, allowing the egg to be lowered into the saucepan and removed when ready and eaten. The thermoplastic materials composing this product have been highly selected, and carry a guarantee of quality and long life.

It is not recommend to use the dishwasher, as the detergents and additives used today, in addition to the temperature reached during the washing cycle (which are near the maximum limit allowed in large part by technopolymers used in housewares), may cause irreparable damage to the product
