Alessandro Mendini served as the former director of the internationally acclaimed design magazines Casabella, Modo and Domus, was the winner of a Compasso d'Oro and designer of the famous Groninger Museum in Groningen, the Casino in Arosa, and the Forum in Omegna. Known for his particular interest in neo-modern and contemporary design, he has amassed much recognition as a designer, architect and image consultant for many corporations creating many objects, furniture and interior installations.
