Born and raised in New York, Aimée spent her school holidays exploring the fashion showrooms where her parents both worked. From this early exposure to fashion trends and textiles, AimTe developed the foundation for her diverse interest in design and trends. She began working as a freelance graphic designer shortly after graduating from the School of The Art Institute of Chicago in 2001. AimTe has also worked as an in-house designer for several firms including Design space, Dwell, and Martha Stewart Living. In the past, AimTe has designed for Bed Bath and Beyond, Crate and Barrel, Urban Outfitters, Dwell, Dwell baby, Martha Stewart Living, MTV Cribs, Skip Hop, and Gap Kids. Most recently, Aimée signed a licensing agreement with Vans to feature three of her designs on shoes and accessories.

How to Measure:
Recommended to measure with a yardstick or steel tape measure. Make your measurements in feet and round off to the next half foot or foot. Measure the wall height from the floor to the ceiling, excluding any baseboards or moldings. Then measure the length of the wall without deducting for windows or doors (this will leave you extra wallpaper in case you may need it). Multiply the two measurements to find the surface area of the wall. All single rolls of our paper are 15 feet long, but widths vary from 27-28 inches. To find the surface area of a single roll multiply the paper's width and length, and then use this to estimate the number of rolls you will need to cover your wall.

How to Hang:
Recommended that a professional experienced in paper hanging install all wallpaper. The designer cannot be held responsible for improperly hung paper. Please note that mylar papers can be scratched or dulled by wallpaper smoothing tools. To avoid damage, wrap tools in chamois, lubricate tools with glue, or smooth paper by hand.

Please Note: All papers are printed as triple rolls. Orders of less than three rolls will be cut from a triple roll.
