I'll give it a wash and/or wipedown once or twice a year and it has continued to hold up really well, despite constant exposure and the decently-harsh winters of Denver. Super sturdy. Heavy, but very easy to assemble. Knocking one star off for delivery. It came almost a week late from FedEx. Delivery guy just plopped it on my front porch in pretty rough shape.
