This is a nice lamp, but there are some details that are not clear in the description. 1) This lamp is a terracotta red, not a bright red. Some of the product photos color shift to bright red, but it isn't. 2) If you want a bulb recessed in the lamp rather than sticking out of the lamp, you need a VERY small bulb. A normal size bulb would be almost completely outside the lamp shade. I found small bulbs that are 2.5 inches long. 3) Some of the photos seem to suggest that the lamp arms and head are flexible. They are not. You force them and rotate the head, but the fit is so tight that it feels like you might be damaging the lamp by doing that.
