I bought this 3-piece set for the small corner space on my side patio and I'm SO glad I did because they're a great addition to my outdoor furniture. I cannot express how much I love the way this set looks. It is super stylish and the lounge chairs were surprisingly comfortable. However, I was disappointed because when I unboxed the chairs/table, one chair was scratched all the way around the seat and back side. It looked almost used. However, AllModern quickly sent me a replacement (5 stars for customer service!). Another thing that was disappointing the chairs were difficult to assemble (as the other reviews have mentioned) . The legs screwed on fine to the bottom of the chair, but the screws were just not long enough to screw on the side. My husband was SO done with these chairs by the time he finished assembling them that he told me to give them a low rating! Just put this together after receiving it. It looks nice and I believe I will be happy with it. However, it should only cost about $400. It is insanely overpriced for the type of material and typical Chinese assembly. The ordering and shipping process was pretty transparent and accurate. We love the way the pieces work- we're using them in a new house, as living room furniture until the permanent stuff we ordered arrives, in a few months. Then, this will be used as patio furniture. We've both been lounging on the Ramsey pieces in our living room, and find it comfortable, for hours at a time. The upholstery is decent, but it isn't the quality of Sunbrella, but then we're not paying for that. I like the quality of the paint finish on the metal- ours is good and neatly applied. I would have given the set five stars, but for issues with the assembly. I am very handy and mechanical, I rebuild engines and such, and was frustrated to find that none of the fastener holes lined up. A few minutes on each hole with a rat-tail file took care of that, reasonably quickly, but I can imagine some buyers wouldn't come to that solution easily. The other issue I had is the quality of the frame- welds are very sloppy, and nothing aligns, but then, I'm super picky. My spouse didn't see it and is just happy to have something that looks good and is comfortable to sit on.
