Gorgeous stools. Hard to tell in the photos but I purchased the dark brown cushions. They're very comfortale and fit perfectly underneath my counter height island. A bit finicky to assemble - just be sure to not fully tighten any of the screws until all pieces (pre-assembled seat w/back,+foot rest+two leg pairs) are all loosely assembled. Don't even fully finger tighten anything. Once everything is attached but still wiggly then you can tighten everything down.
