Fixture is beautiful in person. Very sleek and modern. Love this light fixture! As stated in previous reviews, the lampshade does appear to be white and brighter in these photos, but it is more oatmeal and has off-white flecks in the linen lampshade material. But knowing that, I was interested, and it did not disappoint. One thing to note: the seam on the lampshade is pretty noticeable when the light is on, so if you don't have a wall that "hides" the seam, it could be distracting and annoying to some.
