I probably shouldn't "ding" this review of the product, but the only reason it did not get the full 5 stars was the hassle the shipping caused us. The product itself is BEAUTIFUL. Both my plumber and tile guy couldn't stop talking about it. The issue was somewhere between ALLMODERN and FedEx. I got notified it would arrive on Saturday (it didn't). It then didn't come on Sunday, but I was notified it would arrive on Monday (it didn't). The whole time it showed at FedEx being in my home city. Once it finally showed up, there was an "error correction" form on the outside of the box. On the INSIDE of the box was my receipt with my correct address. This is GREAT quality and thickness. VERY heavy. Installation was not too bad. We have wonky measurements and leveling in our basement but they provided enough rubber blocks to shim. The only negative is it told us to drill the upper bracket somewhere that would not meet for the arched top, I think that’s may just be a print oversight, since they have regular rectangular ones as well. This is the most beautiful and sculptural bath tub. It was the perfect shape for my bathroom. It is very spacious, has a comfortable back angle for relaxingreclining, and the lithocast material retains water heat incredibly well. Everyone who sees the tub loves the look and shape of it. I would use this again in a future renovation if given the chance.
