We've had this set on our balcony for 3+ years now, and each piece still looks SO good. We opted for the white-powder-coated aluminum + "walnut" slats. Note that the white finish on the aluminum does show dirt accumulation over time, but it cleans up pretty darn easily. I'll give it a wash and/or wipedown once or twice a year and it has continued to hold up really well, despite constant exposure and the decently-harsh winters of Denver. They are simple, stack easily, look nice and are, importantly, quite comfortable (including easy to get into and out of.)
