I'll give it a wash and/or wipedown once or twice a year and it has continued to hold up really well, despite constant exposure and the decently-harsh winters of Denver. We were looking for the perfect size couch for an upstairs covered porch and this fits perfect. Says 10 minutes to assemble but that’s after reading the instructions, and factoring in and subtracting every time you drop a washer or nut or bolt. Cushions are firm and comfortable. Worth the cost.
