Nice bunkbed

from Upper Marlboro, MD on 11/16/2015 – Verified Buyer

Bunk bed looks nice and was reasonably easy to assemble, It was hard to find a bed that wasn't too tall and a full over full. This bed met both requirements. The reason I didn't give 5 stars is because it could have been about 6 inches taller so an adult could sit comfortably on the bottom bunk.

Pros: full over full, not too tall and close to the ceiling
Cons: teenage daughter can't sit upright comfortably on the bottom bunk

Simple Rigid Bed

from Fremont, CA on 10/02/2014 – Verified Buyer

Very easy to install, and looks very elegant. Because of the simple design, it doesn't really occupy extra space in the room. If you roll over at night, you might hear little sound due to the metals; but the sound is so faint, that you won't be able to hear it in the daytime. It felt rigid, and I'm not worried about safety.

Another drawback is the height of the upper bunker. It felt a bit low, so a teenager won't be able to sit on the lower bed without bending over. Fine, it's a bed, not a chair; and I'm not sure how the height stacks with other two-full bunker bed. I wonder with higher height with the same material, it may sacrifice the weight capacity, so I'm happy to take the tradeoff.

Overall, very satisfied, and recommended for others.

Sturdy and Looks great - moderately easy assembly

from Glastonbury, CT on 08/25/2015 – Verified Buyer

This is a sturdy, solid, and great looking bunk. Assembly - fairly easy, but a few things to keep in mind: Much easier with two people; the base slides into the frame (not always an easy fit, needed to hammer it in, using rubber mallet, to make it fit on two sides). Also, there were a few VERY sharp imperfections in the paint/metal frame (had to chisel one away), be sure to carefully inspect prior to use to prevent cuts / injury. Bonus: comes with a small jar of paint for touch-ups

Pros: Price; Sturdy, solid, looks great
Cons: A few challenges with assembly; a few small sharp paint/metal imperfections required removal with a chisel.

Very easy to assemble and very sturdy!

from Milton, MA on 06/29/2015 – Verified Buyer

I put together by myself in an hour and it was very easy and very sturdy. The directions were a bit confusing as it had you using the wrong size Allen wrench with the screw sizes so i was insure if i was using the correct screws etc but figured it out and it seems fine. I would have given it 5 stars if the directions had been better.

Perfect for our daughters room

from Java Village, NY on 10/26/2015 – Verified Buyer

The bed is sturdy and the perfect size for our growing daughters ages 8 and 10. It's a simple design, easy to put together. We did use a rubber mallet which made a couple marks on the paint but the frame included a small bottle of paint that we used to cover the marks. We are very pleased with the bunks.

This was bought for my two teenage sons, had to find one that would hold the weight and not pay an arm and a leg! Easy assembly, took a half hour.
