You Can't Go Wrong With This Dog Cage from Pensacola, FL on 09/16/2012 – Verified Buyer
I bought this medium sized Life Stages cage to supplement the small sized I-Crate cage obtained at the pet store for transporting my Sheltie puppy home and which for now, serves as her sleeping quarters The medium cage will accomodate an adult Sheltie and serves as a "safe shelter" for the puppy during daily activities not related to her socialization and training. The puppy has taken to the cage quite naturally as her day-time shelter, napping area and prefers the side door open. The double door offers more flexibility in orienting the cage in its desired location. The Life Stages Medium sized cage is a little larger in dimensions than the I-Crate Medium sized cage and it is made of slightly heavier gauge wire; hence it will be a little heavier. The double door model's price was less than the single door model which makes it more cost effective even if only one door is desired. We are completely satisfied with the construction and serviceability of this product which meets all of our needs and that of our pet. Shipment and handling was expeditious and professional in all respects. This product is one of the better dog cages and it is highly recommended.

Sturdy from Bakersfield, CA on 06/15/2015 – Verified Buyer
Really love this crate! It is well made and sturdy. I have a 13 pound dog and debated what size to buy. I got the medium size and am glad I did. I put a memory foam crate mat and a blanket around the edge of the crate to make it more comfortable. It gives him enough room to be able to turn around and stretch out. It was easy to put together and I didn't even need the directions. I love that it has two doors and I have the option of what door I want to leave open.

I had purchased a fabric crate, from another site, and it had a smell that would not leave even though I airred it out for around 5 days. The smell was sickening. I don't have to deal with the smell with this crate and if you want it more "cave like" there are some great ideas for easy diy covers for wire crates on YouTube.

Pros: Well made, sturdy and easy to put together
Cons: None and expect none

Sturdy,Well Built Crate from Crescent City, CA on 12/18/2015 – Verified Buyer
I bought a larger size then needed for my Shih Tsu. Which was the medium. I took the divider and cut out a walk through with my Dremel so my puppy could have a sleeping area and a place she could go potty lined with a potty pad. This worked out pretty good but she now goes potty outside so I have removed the divider and put a dog bed in there that fits the entire crate. I will downsize soon as she doesn't need all that room but it sure came in handy while potty training her.

Pros: Thick Steel, Double Latched, Removable Tray, Divider
Cons: Can't open both doors when divider is installed, Wish doors were removable.

Folding Dog Crate from MI on 09/23/2014 – Verified Buyer
These "Life Stages" crates work really well for house breaking puppies. The adjustable insert is really helpful to not give them too much space while they are young. A note to dog owners questioning the use of crates: Never use to punish the dog. We use when putting them to bed for the night or leaving the house. Really it becomes their "bedroom" and keeps them safe so they don't get into trouble or even hurt themselves or damage things in your house. Our dogs will actually seek the enclosed space when they want to relax or be left alone. They are after all, denning animals.

Great, simple, and so easy! from Cypress, TX on 05/12/2015 – Verified Buyer
Got two of these for my two pups, it was the most affordable and better quality than some other ones I've used before. Of the metal pop-up crates I've used it is probably the simplest/fastest/easiest to set up. Stuck some cardboard below the flooring to stop some of the sound from their paws and covered it with some blankets to get rid of the metal feeling and sounds. My pups love their dens, it makes them feel like they have so much room even if we have the life stages divider up!

Pros: best value, easy set up, durable
Cons: none!

Great for my dogs! from Rio Rancho, NM on 04/02/2015 – Verified Buyer
I love this. I have two long-haired chihuahuas and they both stay in the crate at night and when I go out. They both fit in it with room to spare and a water bowl. The two doors make it so you can put it long ways or side ways on any corner or against any wall. It travels great. I have taken it with me on multiple out of town trips. Super easy to fold and store away in the drunk as well as put bag together.

Pros: Sturdy, great material, Roomy.

Great and sturdy from Whitney, TX on 12/26/2014 – Verified Buyer
I have had this product for 2 years. I have a Rottweiler/German Shep mix. I bought this when he was a baby and used it to crate train him. The divider was very convenient. It was easy to move as he grew. It was also light enough to move inside and outside on a daily basis. He sleeps in my daughter's room, so the crate is permanently outside on a covered patio. I bought a cover and a pad for it and he uses the crate as his house while we are at work. I would recommend this product.

Great product especially for the price from Prospect Hill, NC on 12/31/2014 – Verified Buyer
We needed a crate for when company comes to call. This is perfect, exactly what was described. Sturdy and actually pretty easy to assemble (would make me more inclined to take it down and only put it up when needed)....and not to heavy. Love the handles you can attach for easy moving. Really great buy for the price!

Owners of Two of these. from Binghamton, NY on 01/15/2015 – Verified Buyer
Work very well for our Yorkie Sisters at nighttime or when we are away from our home. Lots of freedom for them to move around and stretch inside. We have even double decked them, one on top of the other like bunk beds, and they are very secure and will not topple over preventing any kind of an accident or injury. For anyone who might try this setup, just make sure, do a test first, that they Do Not Move or Wiggle.

Great Crate from Chester, NJ on 04/14/2015 – Verified Buyer
I had the smaller one and had to move up a size for my growing puppy. This is very sturdy, easy to put together and easy to move around when compressed. After looking at other options, I decided to get the same one I already had, just larger because it really was affordable and most importantly, worked.
