I ordered the chair to add onto an existing sectional bought in the height of the pandemic. To make a long story short I was deeply disappointed in AllModerns customer service. The agents were lovely, but it took 4 deliveries to get the correct item to me; it arrived months after it was supposed to. The actual comfort of the furniture is OK, not great. The cushion height is not what was initially advertised on the website (6 inches) ; currently the website states that the cushion is 5” …. It is not. It is 4”.
