Gorgeous playhouse that our toddler loves! from Huntington Beach, CA on 09/25/2015 – Verified Buyer
This wooden playhouse is a charmer! As soon as our 2-year-old spotted it built in our backyard, he ran to it and played in it until the sun set. He immediately figured out how the windows and door worked, and had fun raising and lowering the mailbox flag. (We anticipate there will be letter deliveries soon!) My husband also loves envisions the back window with curtains being our son's future puppet theater to put on shows. All that said, I wish there were half stars, because I would deduct a half star. It took my husband 2 1/2 hours to build this alone -- but he's a craftsman. He said a few of the bolts and pre-drilled holes did not quite line up and he didn't tighten them until all were in place. The mailbox had a minor split upon delivery that he also fixed. I believe one less skilled may cuss over the building portion of the playhouse -- But my son loves this playhouse! I would definitely recommend. Pros: Wooden, solid construction, looks good, child-friendly Cons: Construction may be a challenge to some

Great gift for my 6-year-old! from Prairie Village, KS on 01/28/2015 – Verified Buyer
This was the largest playhouse in its price range that I could find for my 6-year-old. The playhouse arrived quickly, and assembly (2 people working) took about 3 hours. Seems very durable, and my 6 and 3-year-old have already enjoyed many hours of play in the house.

Great product for the price from West Warwick, RI on 04/23/2015 – Verified Buyer
. My grandchildren love it! I was looking for a sturdy house, that was big enough for my three grandchildren. This house exceeded my expectations. It even came with a set of curtains. It only took a couple of hours to put it together. Very good directions and high quality parts. Pros: This house was fairly easy to put together. I loved the smell of the wood. Much sturdier than plastic Cons: It has a window on three sides. I would have liked one wall to be solid.

Great, Affordable Playhouse for Preschoolers from Watertown, SD on 05/06/2015 – Verified Buyer
This playhouse was relatively easy to assemble. It took two of us about 3 hours. The kids love it and I would highly recommend this to anyone with small children or a small yard. There is no floor, but we made a small deck that it could sit on. Pros: Easy to assemble. Love the opening windows, dorr with a latch, and the mailbox. Cons: Would be a lot faster if you didn't have to use an allen wrench for the whole thing. Also, the tags identifying the pieces were only on 4 peices.

They Love It! They Spend Everyday in It! from Sugar Land, TX on 10/11/2015 – Verified Buyer
Assembly was pretty straight forward, although it helps to have a power drill with a allen head bit. It does take two people more than 2 hours to assemble. We assembled it inside the house for an indoor playhouse. There is a strong odor that dissipates in a few days. Perhaps some sort of treatment for shipping but in an outdoor situation, it may not be noticable. Pros: great value, durable, sturdy, Cons: odor when unboxing.

Tiny and cute! from Brooklyn, NY on 04/07/2014
Arrived extremely quickly and was straight forward to put together (it took 2 adults 3 hours but we were not working very hard). Its footprint is quite small which makes it great for small backyards or patios.

Great Playhouse from Phoenix, AZ on 07/09/2013 – Verified Buyer
Our 2 year old and 4 year old love this little playhouse. It has provided hours of fun. 4 stars because the quality of the wood is not the best. We had one panel arrive split in half and two others with slivers of wood. We contacted kidkraft via their customer service website and they shipped replacement pieces within a week but it still delayed us from building the house. Overall very happy with quality and price.

Cute and fun from Middletown, CA on 01/01/2014 – Verified Buyer
My 4 year old loves her new playhouse. Its a little smaller than we had expected, but cute and fun nonetheless. The door actually has a lock when you turn the handle, which my daughter loves. The shutters are really cute and the back window has a red curtain that comes with the playhouse. I plan to make a new curtain to customize the playhouse a bit. Overall super cute and a fun!

great playhouse! from El Paso, TX on 08/16/2015 – Verified Buyer
I built this house with my two sons and nephew, she's 9,7,5. It took us about 5 hours. It wasn't as easy building with the kids as with another adult but I wouldn't trade it. The assembly is easy enough that the kids can do the work with adult supervision and guidance. I let them paint their names on it when we were done. It's sturdy and spacious. The kids love to play in it.

Nice Little House from Sunbury, OH on 08/30/2015 – Verified Buyer
I purchased the house for my Grandson in FL. His parents are assembling it now. They told me it was a very nice house for the children. I noticed the oldest who is 7 was too tall to walk directly into the house. The 5 and 3 year olds are fine. They are playing in it even though the roof is not attached yet. I would buy this again.
