    This plan covers all accidental stains as well as accidental damage to your furniture. It also covers structural damage after the manufacturer's warranty has expired for all furniture used in residential settings.

  2. What’s covered under “accidental damage?”

    In terms of accidental damage, this plan covers all unintentional stains, rips, tears, burns, punctures, gouges, chips, dents, and water rings.

  3. What’s covered under “structural damage?”

    When it comes to structural damage, this plan covers:

    • Structural or component failure due to a defect in workmanship
    • Checking, cracking, bubbling, or peeling of the coating on finishes or hard surfaces
    • Loss of silvering in mirrors
    • Mechanical and electrical failures
    • Broken frames
    • Broken glass and mirrors
    • Broken mechanisms
  4. Once I’ve purchased a plan, when does my coverage begin?

    Coverage for accidental damage begins the day your product is delivered. Coverage for structural damage begins the day your manufacturer’s warranty expires.

  5. What isn’t covered by this plan?

    This plan does not cover damages caused by accumulation, neglect, abuse, or failure to comply with the manufacturer’s warranty. It also does not cover damages caused by natural disasters such as a fire or flooding, or furniture used in commercial settings.

  6. How do I submit a claim?

    You can submit a claim to Uniters on their website or app, or give them a call at the phone number listed on your Protection Plan certificate.

  8. Can I cancel my plan?

    You can cancel your plan for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, your refund will be prorated. Any previous claims or an administrative fee may be deducted from your refund.
